Transformer Pad Infinity 700 LTE and 3G

The Asus Transformer TF700 was the first tablet shown at CES and now it has been officially launched. According to the press release the Infinity 700 will be available in two different variants; the one with a quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 powered WiFi, as well as the dual-core 1.5 GHz S4 powered by Qualcomm rocking 3G/4G LTE capabilities.

These are the main differences between these two versions, the rest of the features remain the same. The tablet itself has a really amazing look. This 10.1″ 1920 x 1200 resolution full 1080p HD tablet is covered in Corning Gorilla Glass 2. Coming with 1GB of RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage two of the tablet versions run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. They have impressive 8MP cameras with fast F/2.2 stop for amazing photos. There is one complaint about this tablet; it has a single speaker grill on the back even though ASUS claiming sound with their SonicMaster technology inside.

One of the high-end tablets is the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity 700, which has been presented at CES 2012. This tablet reminds you of the Asus Transfer Pad 300 and comes with features like all models in the Transformer series on an optional keyboard dock. It features a 10.1 inch + Super IPS display for optimum readability in bright light, a Full HD resolution of 1,920 by 1,200 pixels. The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity 700 is based on a Tegra 3 quad-core processor running at 1.6GHz and sports an 8 megapixel camera on the back, a 2 megapixel camera on the front. The left features include 8GB of online storage, HDMI, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and optional 3G.

Asus Transformer Pad 300

Asus has unveiled the Series 300 Transformer Pad at Mobile World Congress 2012. It is a serious computing machined which is powered by NVIDIA’s quad-core Tegra 3 chip, but it looks slight bulkier. The Asus Transformer Pad 300 is 0.39” thick and 22.4 ounces. Agree that it is quite heavier when comparing it with the aluminum-clad infinity Pad.
The Asus Transformer Pad 300 comes with the same size screen as the Transformer Prime. It also features PS+ one with a resolution of 1280×800 pixels. Surely it cannot be so stunning since the Infinity 700 with its Full HD display.

The Asus Transformer Pad 300 has a support for 4G LTE. It also comes with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory; by the way the user can expand it via micro SD slot.
This device has well-spaced keys, besides it adds 5 more hours of battery life to the 10 hours off the grid the Transformer Pad 300 offers. As the Asus Transformer Pad 300 runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich it means all the users will be satisfied.

ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700

Another high-end tablet has been introduced by ASUS called the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700. At CES the tablet was known as the ASUS Transformer Prime TF700 with HD display.
At Mobile World Congress 2012 ASUS announced it had refreshed the tablet; both the name and the specs. The tablet comes in two versions-WiFi that runs on Nvidia’s Tegra 3 quad core processor at 1.6GHz and the LTE version based on a dual core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor. This tablet is the first LTE enabled tablet with Full HD display and the first one with a Cortex A15 class processor.

Its supports Super IPS+ full HD display with 600 nits brightness. You will notice no special design changes from the original Transfer Prime but you will see a noticeable rubber/plastic strip at the top for improving the signal reception. The tablet still keeps the brushed aluminum finish and features a slim profile of just 8.5mm.
The rear-facing camera is 8MP f/2.2, while the front facing is just 2MP. The price has not been announced yet, but most likely the ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity 700 will come with a higher price.

Asus Eee Pad MeMo 370T

Asus has introduced another small tablet known as the Asus Eee Pad MeMo 370T. The Asus Memo is a super-sized smartphone like the Samsung Galaxy Note. Memo hit the market with the tagline of “A Pad you need is also a Phone indeed,” –this highlights the phone aspects of the upcoming tablet.

As for the specs of the Asus Eee Pad MeMo, it comes with a 7” WXGA (1280 x 800) LED backlit Super IPS+ display with Gorilla Glass and is based on a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm 8260 processor with 1GB RAM. The user also will be able to use the 16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera, and a built-in stylus for all the needed tasks. The Asus Memo runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update. The price of the Asus Eee Pad MeMo has been confirmed; it will cost $249. This thin tab is perfect for reading books, playing games and taking it to anywhere you need.

This tablet with no support for GSM, SMS and MMS will be available in Q2 2012.

Asus Transformer Prime TF700T

Asus has announced a new version of its Transformer Pad known as the Asus Transformer Prime TF700T. Coming with a new panel design, the Asus TF700T is based on a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A9 processor with Nvidia Tegra 3 chipset. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS with the latest features. The 10.1 inch Super IPS+LCD Touchscreen display with a 1920×1200 pixels resolution makes the look of the Asus Transformer Prime TF700T even more impressive.

The pad sports an 8MP Auto-Focus rear-facing camera with LED Flash and 2 megapixels front facing camera for HD video chat. The Asus Transformer Prime TF700T will available in two models 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. According to the source the 32GB version Transformer Prime TF700T will cost $599 while the 64GB version will most likely be available at $699.

Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

Asus has unveiled the Transformer Prime tablet powered by the Tegra 3 quad-core processor. It comes with a 10.1′ display the resolution of which is 1280x800pixels.The tablet has 1 GB RAM and features an 8MP rear-facing camera and a 1.2 MP front facing-camera. The Asus Transformer Prime tablet runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb but it will soon get the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update.
The Transformer sports a dock featuring keyboard and an extended battery. The tablet fits into the dock and gives you the chance to use the device as a notebook.

The Asus Transformer Prime comes with a 12 hours of battery life; with the dock it provides additional 6 hours of work. Asus PadFone

Asus has given the details of its Asus Padfone; I guess you already know the Asus Padfone is a smartphone, which can dock into a tablet, then into a keyboard and serve as an ultra portable netbook.

The Padfone is based on a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 and comes with a 4.3-inch display with HD resolution. When docked into a Padfone station the user will be able to enjoy a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 IPS panel driven by the phone.

The ASUS TF101 is one of those popular tablets which packed with premium hardware. At the first look the ASUS TF101 will remind you of the Acer Iconia Tab W500. It comes packed with a 10.1″ LED backlight capacitive display with 10 finger multi-touch support the resolution of which is WXGA 1280 x 800 pixels.
