As stated, the machine is compact enough for its functional. Its dimensions are slightly higher than phones, and compatible with the Symbian-smartphones. And the following dimensions: 110 x 58 x 15,4 mm and weights 115 gr. Smartphone is quite useful when talking without a headset and use the menu, and all at the expense of size. Candybar without an external antenna is optimum for such a device, and plastic materials in the execution reduces weight. Color device calm, represents all shades of gray, ranging from silver molding in the frame front panel, light gray back surface and ending with dark-gray front panel and trim the side edges.

Without a doubt, dominate the front panel is a 2.6? TFT-display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels (QVGA). Display slightly recessed into the body, but it does not save it from the traces of use. This stems from the same touch-pad, so it is preferable to stick the protective film immediately after purchase. Due to the small physical size of display pictures R526 at a decent level, even in moderately bright colors. Grain visible, but only if you look closely to the picture and wide viewing angles – an indisputable plus apparatus. The behavior of the display at the sun without surprises, with direct sunlight it fades in and save the information, you can only create a shadow.

In addition, R526 contains proprietary applications that are located just above the marking right softkey. Among them are blacklisted, Assistant Asus (indicator lights, battery, memory, a single informative menu), as well as turning the screen icon. Regarding the dialer, given numeric keys, he presented a list of recent calls, speed dialing keys and phone calls.
