It is not difficult to understand that the model Asus P527 replaces the P526. This conclusion is not only because of similar indexes, and supplies of both models to the P-series, but also because of the same form factor, the availability of the numeric keypad.
On the positioning of all P-series smartphone with a numeric keypad company Asus have already mentioned in the review model Asus P750, so now we focus on this.
It’s no secret that many manufacturers of Windows Mobile-devices have long abandoned the tactics of power increase, so we still see new models of smartphones and smartphones on a relatively old platforms, such as TI `s OMAP 850 or Samsung. At the time, created a similar scheme for the Asus P526 has caused numerous disputes in the ranks of fans mark, criticized in the first place for the old platform model, as well as the lack of Wi-Fi. However, this did not prevent models have relatively good sales, mostly due to reasonable pricing, nice stylish design and the similarity with ordinary mobile phones.
It would seem that the company should release a sequel, following the laws of the genre. From the perspective of users, this means to build up the performance and add functionality. A look at the development of the company’s model range is somewhat different, this is well illustrated by the models P525 and P526, with similar indices are completely different machines.
SmartphoneAsus P527, as we have already noted, is almost a direct continuation of the model P526, however, increase their productivity as such. The main difference between the two devices – the emergence of Wi-Fi in the older models, as well as the joystick. Perhaps, for many of the changes will not be too noticeable, but for users of the joystick in the absence of P526 was critical factor. Thus, by making the minimum changes in the technical part, the company is successor to P526, the device, which must take a position just below the P750, a top smartphone of the company
